People's environmental Inc. (PEI) is a multi-disciplined design, engineering, and remediation oversight environmental firm. The company is a solution driven service provider catering to both the private and public sectors of the environmental industry in the greater Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The group specializes in environmental site surveys and assessments for asbestos, lead, air monitoring and subsurface conditions. People's Environmental Nigeria Limited (PENIL) is proposing to provide Accelerated Remediation services in the Delta region of Nigeria. PENIL has offices in the Federal Capital of Abuja and the Nigerian financial capital of Lagos. In Lagos, PENIL is focusing on waste management oversight services.

PEI’s team includes EPA recognized Environmental Professionals and licensed Professional Engineers in the State of New York. The group has extensive experience in completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with the newly released, EPA mandated All Appropriate Inquires (AAI) directives. The AAI’s stricter guidance rules require Environmental Professionals with appropriate experience to complete Phase I ESAs in accordance with ASTM guidelines and current industry standards. Conformation to the AAI directives is integral to avoiding liabilities for both the Environmental Professional and the client.

PEI’s personnel have planned and implemented hundreds of Phase I ESAs in the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We are familiar with the region’s unique geological characteristics as well as historic land uses and types of contamination that are commonly found throughout the area. This, along with thorough on-site investigations and focused reviews of historic land-usage, tax assessor and topographic maps allow People’s to produce products that empower our clients to conduct their businesses with the confidence they need for success. All members of PEI’s team are OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certified and are aware of the challenges of today’s environmental issues. PEI has prepared comprehensive Health and Safety Plans, Sub-Consultant Agreements, Access Agreements, and Permit Applications. When Phase II investigations are required, our team of experienced professionals plan and implement soil boring programs, groundwater sampling, and air quality monitoring with a focus on safety, compliance and efficiency.per certified and are aware of the challenges of today’s environmental issues.
